General Motors Renews 12-month Usability Contract with TideWatch®

TideWatch® Partners has been re-signed for a wide-ranging contract from General Motors for website development and usability research. General Motors will use TideWatch® Partners’ market research and consulting expertise to assess and analyze its various online sites, such as Cadillac.com and GMBuyPower.com. TideWatch® Partners will utilize full usability labs and focus group methodologies to provide insights into visitor perspectives, preferences, behavior and traffic.
