General Motors Renews 12-month Usability Contract with TideWatch
TideWatch Partners has been re-signed for a wide-ranging contract from General Motors for website development and usability research. General Motors will use TideWatch Partners’ market research and consulting expertise to assess and analyze its various online sites, such as Cadillac.com and GMBuyPower.com. TideWatch Partners will utilize full usability labs and focus group methodologies to provide insights into visitor perspectives, preferences, behavior and traffic.
