General Motors Awards TideWatch 12-month Usability Contract

TideWatch has been awarded a wide-ranging contract from General Motors for website development and usability research. General Motors will use TideWatch’s market research and consulting expertise to assess and analyze its various online sites, such as Cadillac.com and GMBuyPower.com. TideWatch will utilize full usability labs and focus group methodologies to provide insights into visitor perspectives, preferences, behavior and traffic.
