We recognize that every touch point we have with members is a reflection of not just the panel experience, but the brand we represent.
Each correspondence we send is carefully crafted with that in mind. We work with our clients to create a design template that is on point with their brand, and panel design to provide panel members with a consistent and recognizable voice. We also communicate with members as if they were our own clients: customer service is a huge part of maintaining a healthy, active membership. Part of this correspondence involves customer support: we provide a dedicated email address and 800 number that is accessible by team members so that we are able to quickly and directly support and field members’ questions as well as address any technical difficulties they encounter.
