Data Integrity & Analytics Group
Our Data Integrity & Analytics (DIA) team, comprised of self-described "statistics fanatics," has an average of 20 years' experience in quantitative market research and consulting, including advanced questionnaire programming, questionnaire design, advanced statistical analytics, website programming and panel management.
We continually study and deepen our understanding of the business models, cultures and attitudes characterizing U.S. and international business environments, including those elements that distinguish a particular country, region and consumer type. From testing and evaluating product concepts to gauging brand awareness, impressions and market opportunity, we have enjoyed a broad range of work overseas quantitatively as well as qualitatively.
Countries include: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, the Caribbean, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, the UK, Singapore, South Korea, and Spain) We also have research staff and consultants who are fluent in Spanish, French, Japanese, Swedish and German.
Programming & Data Analytics
We can go from client request to field in 24 hours; for conjoint and max diff, we can make changes directly from client feedback within hours, enabling us to go from a fully programmed test version, through client testing and into soft launch in a single day; and of course, we are able to explore different approaches for question formats (slider scales, drag and drop, heat mapping, etc.) without having to outsource the work.
The benefit of an in-house data analytics team also shows up in our tracking research, where we continually refine and expand our cross-tabulation and custom data queries. One of our longest standing tracking clients now has the benefit of a full cross-tabulation library for each wave of the study, and by virtue of over a 1,000 separate custom syntax settings, the ability to get "this one cut we've never asked you for before" from the data at a moment's notice, and trended back throughout the entire life of the study.
We focus on utilizing proven scientific method when it comes to our study design and sampling approach,
ensuring that results are accurately representative of the target audience. We use the latest technology for survey data collection, which ensures mobile and smartphone access. Our data collection and processing is monitored, shepherded, and verified by our DIA team, instilling the utmost confidence in our market research studies and data delivery.
Focused on global brand tracking, customer tracking, and custom quantitative studies, we offer some of the most forward-thinking, strategic, study design and reporting in the business.

Reporting & Data Visualization
By nature we're visual creatures, and infographics communicate (and help us digest) information more meaningfully than we would by reading words and numbers alone. Whether you need share-worthy infographics or a knock-em-dead presentation for the interpretation of your findings, our creative team is masterful at translating even the most mundane numbers into something exciting, memorable, useful and beautiful to look at.
